Reverend Lawrence L. Young
Pastor Lawrence L. Young is a native of Bogalusa, Louisiana. His proud parents are Climel and the late beloved Dorothy Young. Pastor Young is a graduate of Dillard University where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science. He then attended Gammon Theological Seminary, at the Interdemoninational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree. He has also completed extensive study and practice of Pastoral Care and Counseling through the Doctoral Program at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, in Evanston, Ill. He was ordained as a Deacon of the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in 1990 and as an elder in 1992.
Reverend Joyce E. Banks Gross

The Reverend Joyce E. Banks Gross was born in Denham Springs, Louisiana to Eilor and Leanna Cobb Banks, her first role models. She was educated in the Livingston Parish School System and continued her higher education at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA where she earned a Bachelor of Science in music, a Master of Education in administration and supervision, and a specialist degree in reading.
Reverend Tanya Y. Pittman
The Reverend Tanya Yvette Pittman entered this world as a New Year’s Day baby and was graced with the proud parents of David and Helen Berry Pittman. Her family has resided in the metropolitan Atlanta area since the 1800s and she is a fourth generation Atlantan. She grew up in a loving and caring family with three older siblings to keep her from doing anything wrong, and two younger siblings to tell on her if she tried. She attended Atlanta Public Schools as an honor student and graduated in the top 5% from West Fulton High School. She received the Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University with a major in Communications, and the Master of Divinity degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center, Gammon Seminary, with high honors. She focused her seminary studies on pastoral care. Reverend Pittman is also a certified paralegal.
Reverend Robert S. King
Robert Samuel King was born in Nashville, Tennessee on November 23, 1988 to his parents Bishop James and Rose King. He has two older siblings, Jothany and James III. He lived in Louisville, Kentucky during most of his teen years. Robert attended duPont Manual Magnet High School and participated in the YMCA Black Achievers program during his four years of high school.
