Upkeep of the
The Upkeep of the Temple Ministry will begin new construction on the ladies restroom on the lower level beginning Monday, February 1. Construction is expected to last approximately 4 weeks. Please follow the signs for alternative restrooms. Your flexibility is appreciated.

Cascade Walking Club
We are excited that many persons are interested in a Saturday group. We welcome you to join us for the Saturday edition of the Walking Club beginning February 13 at 9:00 am. If you have already completed a Waiver Form, there is nothing left to do but WALK!
Health & Wellness Ministry
The regularly scheduled quarterly meeting of Health and Wellness ministry will be Saturday, February 13 at 10:00 am. At that time we will complete plans for the year and implement strategic activities to ensure all activities for 2010 will be carried forward in a professional, caring, and competent manner. Following the general ministry meeting, we will have a meeting of all Emergency Care team members to introduce new procedures and practices. We continue to recruit persons who wish to be a part of the ECT and plan training as needed. New and current members are always welcome to any and all activities.
Blood Drive at Cascade UMC
The first blood drive for 2010 at Cascade will be Sunday, February 14. Online appointments are now available at www.givelife.org, enter code: CAUMC. Our goal is 48 units. Please support this continuing effort by being a blood donor. We encourage appointments to donate as it makes the process more seamless. Lenten Season Bible Study – Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations: Cultivating Fruitfulness
Today is the last Sunday to register for the 2010 Lenten Season Bible study. We will study, meditate and pray on the Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations as we prepare for a deeper relationship with God. Classes will be facilitated by the clergy team, along with Christian Education and Stewardship Ministries. Six-week sessions will begin on Monday, February 15. Participant Guides will be distributed by each facilitator and the cost is $10.
Annual Black History Program
