Plan Your Visit
It can be a little intimidating to walk into a church for the first time – whether you’ve been to others or this is the first time anywhere. In order to ease your mind and to help you know just what you’ll experience, where is an overview of what you can expect if you come to check out our worship experience.
Choose a Worship Service
We are one church with two services. Each worship service offers uplifting praise and worship music and an inspirational, spirit filled message from Pastor Murriel. The 11 a.m. service offers interpretation for the hearing disabled by our Hands of Faith Ministry. We also take time out to recognize our first time guests.
Let Us Know You’re Coming
Please complete Plan Your Visit form to make us aware of your upcoming visit. This information will be shared with our ministerial staff to better plan for your arrival.
What to Wear
Dress for Sunday morning worship ranges from casual or business casual to business professional. Those attending services throughout the week typically dress in a very relaxed or casual manner. Nevertheless, we encourage visitors to “come as you are.”
When you arrive you will be greeted and directed by our Parking Lot staff. Our campus lot has plenty parking for everyone and we offer overflow parking with a shuttle in the Kroger parking lot. Please ask the parking attendant to direct you if you have any trouble.
Once you arrive, Greeters will be available to help you or you and your family prepare for an exciting worship experience. Special provisions are available for children and youth, who will be ushered into their own worship classes/services, allowing you the opportunity to focus on receiving all that God has planned for your visit.
A Special Gift for You
When you visit, be sure to complete a first time visitor registration card provided at our welcome center. The registration card will allow us to keep in touch and share the exciting activities taking place at Cascade UMC. At the end of each service, we invite our first time guests for a special gift.
